Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 28, 2026
MTFWEBDEVELOPER ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us directly:
- Contact form — name, email, project type, package/budget interest, and your message
- Sign up / sign in — name, email, and password (stored securely, see Section 4) if you create an account directly
- Google sign-in — if you choose "Continue with Google," we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account, as permitted by Google's sharing settings
- Project communication — any files, content, or information you share with us while we work on your project
Information collected automatically:
- Basic analytics data such as pages visited, time on site, device/browser type, and general location (city/country level), collected through our analytics tool
- Cookies used for essential site functionality (like keeping you signed in) and, if enabled, analytics cookies
We do not collect payment card details directly — if you pay via crypto, stablecoin, or bank transfer as described in our Terms, that transaction happens outside our website through the payment method itself, not through data stored on our site.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form
- Create and manage your account, including authenticating you via email/password or Google sign-in
- Deliver, manage, and communicate with you about your project
- Improve our website based on aggregate analytics (e.g. which pages are most visited)
- Send project-related updates or, if you opt in, occasional updates about our services (you can unsubscribe anytime)
- Maintain the security of our website and admin systems
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Who we share information with
We share information only in these situations:
- Service providers who help us run our website and business — for example, our hosting provider (Vercel), our database/authentication provider (Supabase), and Google (for Google sign-in). These providers only receive the data needed to perform their function and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.
- Legal reasons — if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or the rights of others
- Business transfers — if MTFWEBDEVELOPER is ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, and we'll notify you if that changes how your data is handled
4. How we protect your information
- Passwords are never stored in plain text — they are hashed using industry-standard methods by our authentication provider.
- Access to client data and our admin panel is restricted to authorized staff, granted individually and revocable at any time.
- We use standard security practices (encrypted connections via HTTPS, access controls) to protect data in transit and at rest.
- No system is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
5. Cookies
We use cookies to:
- Keep you signed in between visits (essential — the site won't work properly without these)
- Understand how visitors use our site, through analytics (optional — you may be able to opt out depending on your browser/cookie settings)
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect site functionality like staying signed in.
6. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information (subject to any legal or contractual obligations we have to retain it, e.g. active project records)
- Withdraw consent for optional communications (unsubscribe link in emails, or contact us directly)
- Object to or restrict certain processing of your information
To exercise any of these rights, email us at mtfwebdeveloper@gmail.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as needed to:
- Fulfill the purpose it was collected for (e.g. completing your project and honoring the support period in your package)
- Comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations
- Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements
Contact form submissions and inactive account data may be deleted periodically if no longer needed.
8. Children's privacy
Our website and services are not directed at children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
9. International visitors
If you're accessing our website from outside Pakistan, your information may be processed and stored in Pakistan or in the countries where our service providers (like our hosting and database providers) operate. By using our site, you consent to this transfer and processing.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. If changes are significant, we may also notify you by email or a notice on our website.
